Dieting in the 21st Century!

Which DIETS work and which DIETS don't?

I guess many of you like me have yo yo dieted for a couple of years or more, trying each and every diet that comes out - from Atkins to the Southbeach, from Teas to Pills and many of you I am sure have also tried the famous CRASH/STARVATION DIET........

I have been yo yo dieting for the past 15 years, I have tried it all! Spent loads of amounts of money on E-books, other books, various teas and pills too! I did manage to loose about 10 lbs each and every time I went on a diet, but then, when I had a normal "weekend" meal......most of the times they just piled up again!

Honestly, how many of you have really succeeded to loose the desired weight? And if any of you really did manage to loose the weight......how many have really managed to keep it off? For all those of you who did it, I give you my heart felt Congratulations and Keep It UP!

Fot all those who are still struggling, I am going to share with you some of my experiences and things which I have tried, diets that really worked and with which I saw results! If you wanna try these things out........Good Luck and May God Bless you!

One of the best diets I have personally experienced is a diet which is specifically formulated 1 for women and another 1 for men!

Why is this diet better than the others? The metabolism of a man is COMPLETELY different from that of a woman. Men tend to loose weight much faster than women. For all those of you who watch The Biggest Looser on TV.........you see that men always loose a larger amount of lbs versus the those lost by women! So this is why it is important for women to have their own diet and this is ditto for men too!

Read more about it.......try it out.........I am sure that if you comply with it you will see some great results! You won't starve yourself following this diet, you won't deprive yourself of your favourite food and nonetheless It's a Diet that Works!
